  • 2025 has started with encouraging buyer activity with demand up by 8% compared with the same period last year.
  • The number of sales agreed is 15% up on the same period last year.
  • January and February have the joint quickest time to find a buyer on average historically at 51 days.
  • March and April are the next quickest months to find a buyer at 52 days.
