In fact, we've just experienced one of our busiest Julys for agreed sales in recent years, with strong levels of buyer activity across Bebington, Bromborough and the surrounding areas. It's a great reminder that people don't stop moving over the summer – they simply become a little more selective.

The latest Rightmove House Price Index reflects what we're seeing locally. Buyer demand remains resilient, helped by improving mortgage rates and growing confidence among movers. At the same time, the number of homes available for sale has increased, giving buyers more choice than they've had for several years.
Rather than slowing the market down, this has created a healthier, more balanced market. Well presented, competitively priced homes continue to attract strong interest, while buyers have the opportunity to compare properties before making their decision.
